今日だったよ！Canon Clubで行って、景色と天気もよかった～

実は、今回のは私の初めてのAloha Sundayだよ！超楽しくて、たくさん新しいピストの友達ができた！やった～ｗｗ

たくさん写真を取ろうと思ったけど、トリックのコンペの間に、バッテリーが上がった！残念だったけど、まあ使用がないね。

今回、いろいろなコンペがあったよ。私はSimon Saysのトラックスタンドのコンペだけ参加したｗｗけど、マックスがトラックスタンドとロングスキッドのコンペに参加した。そのほかのコンペはSprints（ダイアモンドヘッドの周り）、トリック、それにポロがあったよ！

たくさん人が集まったり、おいしい食べ物があったり（野菜のカレーとSpam Musubi）したから、すっごく楽しかった。今度のAloha Sunday、楽しみにしてる～日本の皆、是非ハワイに来てね～ｗｗ

it's that time of year again for Sekido! it's basically this huge bicycle flea market that's only held twice per year, the 3rd Saturday of October and April. i would love to wake up at 3am, delirious from lack of sleep, and rummage for cheap bike parts, but alas, i'm stuck in Hawaii... for those of you in Japan or planning to go to Japan, I highly recommend you go to this event if you can! there are some great deals, but you have to wake up extremely early or just be lucky!

it's that time again, when projects and tests pile up and lack of sleep is no longer abnormal.

even so, working until late at night on art projects with only music as company is love.

久しぶり~ haven't been doing much, just hanging out with friends and dealing with school. i'm slowly figuring out how difficult and painful glass blowing can be and having fun cutting my fingers on copper plates and stabbing myself with burnishing tools! :3 despite that, i have to say, i love art and realized how much i missed it in Japan!

i'm still riding my bike around school, but I've totally been slacking on practicing! i need to hayaku and learn how to keo spin and do a wheelie!! Besides that, all i've been thinking of is stratos, stratos, stratos. if only i were the richest person in the world...

3rd week of school, done!

before my friend went away, we watched "Adam," drew with a pack of 120 crayola crayons while eating McDonalds and Starbucks, read "Where the Wild Things Are," and found magical cats and cats in hats. fun.

i've also been hanging out with some nihonjin tomodachi i met in Japan! Kurara, Momoko, Susumu, Iida family, ハワイで一緒に遊んでくれてありがとう！とっても楽しかった！また来てね！待ってまーす。

さっき、日本で会ったハワイ大学の留学生の友達といろいろな所に行った。

Sandy Beach　このビーチは私の家から車で5分ぐらい。近くて、きれいなのにもかかわらず、3，4回しか行ったことないｗｗ生まれたのも育ったのもハワイだから、ビーチは普通って感じで、残念だけど、鑑賞してない。

Pali Lookout　これは私の高校の近く。超懐かしかった！死ぬと思ったほど風はものすごく強かった。天気はちょっと悪かったけど、だんだん良くなった。

土曜日：i didn't think i'd want to buy anything at this local fair, but ugh, the food! the coffee, the cookies, the shave ice, the sauces and dressings!!! いろいろなハワイの名物（食べ物とか服のブランドとかクラフト）があったけど、一番好きなものはやっぱ食べ物だYO!パパヤのカキ氷（Artificialじゃなくて、NaturalパパヤのSyrupがカキ氷の上にかけられた）はSuperおいしかった～たくさん写真を撮りたかったけど、「撮るのがだめ」って書いてあるサインがあった。。。まあ、使用がないねｗｗ

日曜日：マックスとAloha Fixedの二年間の記念日のPartyに行った！たくさんピストに乗ってる人がいて、ちょっとビックリ！

月曜日：新しい学期が始まっちゃった。。。でも、今学期、Glass blowingとPrintmakingを受けてる～楽しみにしてる～Artが大好きｗｗ

これはAcai　Bowl（アサイボール）っていう食べ物だ。アサイっていう果物、バナナ、ココナツ、ブルーべリ、とアーモンドがある。おいしいし、それにHealthy！i think i'll get this for lunch from now on. i don't eat as much as i did in Japan because there's not a lot of good food and i'm trying to save up for a europe trip sometime in the near future!

これはPoke Bowl（ポキかポケ、二つの発音がある）だ。Lomilomi Salmon（鮭、ネギ、トマト）、Kalua Pig（ブタ）、とPoke（サシミみたいな食べ物）がある。

とてもおいしいし、ハワイの名物だから、ハワイに来たら、食べたほうがいいよ！i missed poke soo much in Japan. i have a feeling Japan has poke, but i guess not where i was looking :/ and i also missed lomilomi salmon, kalua pig, boiled peanuts, and laulau! such deliciousness needs to be shared with the world.

i can finally ride in hawaii! picked up my bike from the post office today (cause i didn't answer the door when they delivered it yesterday ww) and gonna get some help (aloha fixed!) putting it together! can't wait! seems like bikers in hawaii are on the increase...

hung out with my ryuugakusei tomos today too! it was weird hanging out w/them in hawaii, but fun nonetheless!
and if you have time, see (500) days of summer! sad, but cute!

久しぶりでーす！マックスが日本に来て、帰る準備とか期末試験があったものだから、時間がなくなって、ブログは書けなかった。この前の2週間、いろいろがあった！

まずは、マックスと渋谷からお台場までチャリで走ってた！疲れちゃったけど、とっても楽しかった！後、マックスと金森の皆と遊んだ！

7月24日、マックスは出発した。東京から高知まで！すごい！Be careful and good luck!!

26日はHouseのBBQだった！食べ物はおいしかったし、皆は優しかったし、場所は最高だったから、超AWESOME!

その後、たくさんBYEBYEパーティーがあった。ものすごく悲しかった。でも、友達だから、絶対また会えると信じてる！！

I'm so glad I met you all! Even though we're all now separated, I believe that one day we'll meet again! I love you all so much, and thanks for making my year in Japan fun!

31日、Houseの皆としゃぶしゃぶを食べてから、Goro's Cupをした！私はとてもSlowだったけど、皆は早かった！お疲れ様です！

Oh and while waiting for Yossy and Ryuuji, Hashimoto, Sunada, and Rui were doing some tricks while the 信号　was 赤!!　Crazy!　HouseとNo Boundaryの皆、お世話になって、本当にありがとうございました！Majisss会えてよかった！はしもとさん、TowelとT-shirts、ありがとうございます！ハワイで乗ってる時絶対着ます！りゅうじ君とYossy、Sagのバッグ、ありがとうございます！毎日使います！そして、ピストを送るのを手伝ってくれて、本当にお疲れ様です！ほんまちゃん、カードとシャンプ、ありがとうございます！NB君、Raizin君、とMassan、タイヤ、ありがとうございます！I love you guys soooooo much!日本でもハワイでもまた会おう！

today was the yoyoji bike race. i got to participate thanks to Honma-chan. i kinda knew i wouldn't win (i'm extremely slow) but, i guess i had hope that maybe, just maybe i'd win. 結局負けたけど、死ななくてよかったなぁと思ってるｗｗ i'm just glad i didn't crash and hurt myself. that would've been embarassing...

i want to try again next time! so until then, i'm gonna practice!!!

Today, Obirin Daigakuen sent all us ryuugakusei a e-mail concerning the infamous swine flu. Apparently 8 students have been diagnosed with swine flu which means "temporary suspension of classes," which means, no school until Monday :D

soo, i've always wondered why insects were created. and why in the world insects in japan are 10x1000000000000000000000000 bigger than the ones in hawaii?? seriously. like, today i was on my way to kanamori to bike, and as i'm biking up the hill near my house, i feel something slimy catch onto my shirt and leg. i look down and it's this HUGE AOWIDHQOAFAVDANJHVIUEN WORM. it had to be at least a foot long. it was kimoi to the maxxxxx. like that other time i wanted to eat a piece of bread, needed a butter knife, opened the utensil drawer only to find a HUGE GOKIBURI just hanging out on my hashi. ugh. anyway, back to the worm. soo, after i got over the shock i hyperventilated allll the way home to clean up (wipe my shoes, change clothes, wash the clothes with worm grossness on them), then went back out to ride to try to forget that ever happened -_-

anyyyway, on to happier news. the other day i brought my bike into central tokyo and met up with some friends at keio who rented some bikes in naka-meguro. from there we tried to make it around the yamanote sen, but only made it to ikebukuro because of time. everyone ended up tired and sweaty, but it was a fun ride!

soo i meant to start a blog in order to document my one year study abroad in Japan....it's been almost 1o months since i've been in Japan ww

anyway, this is technically my second blog, but the other blog didn't work out because 1. it was a japanese blog (my kanji isn't exactly the greatest) and 2. i'm not very good with computers (by not very good i mean HORRIBLE). even so, i'll try my best with this blog :3

on to what i really want to say. i can't believe i'm going home soon! i really don't want to go back to hawaii. there's really nothing to do there unless you're a tourist. the beaches are nice, the people are nicer, but....it's the same routine day after day.

but, enough complaining. i've got one month left, no time to lose!!!
